They are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to lead the integration of the newly acquired business into their existing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Integration: Develop and implement strategies to unify separate IT environments, infrastructure, and Microsoft tenants.
  • Strategic Planning: Define the long-term IT operating model, ensuring alignment with company standards and strategic goals.
  • Critical Deliverables: Manage high-priority tasks, including Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) exits, Microsoft Tenant integration, and call recording migrations.
  • Governance & Structure: Establish robust governance, frameworks, and processes for the IT elements of the Watch Programme.

    Our client, a leading financial service organisation is looking to hire an experienced Application Support Analyst.

    Working in a team that provides 2nd level Application support for a range of vendor and internally developed financial application.

    Some early/late day shifts and overnight/weekend on-call support may be required.

    Supported applications are a mixture of vendor applications, Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions and internally developed applications running in Windows Server environment with MS SQL databases, SSRS & SSIS, both in our client’s data centre and within Azure cloud.

    General responsibilities: –

    • Check & monitor running of applications and processes including start/end of business day checks.
    • Investigate and resolve application / business issues relating to applications and processes.
    • Develop business / support reports using SQL and SSRS
    • Provide training and guidance to 1st line teams and provide additional support to this function when business volumes demand.
    • Escalate problems and errors to 3rd line support or vendor teams acting as problem owner to deliver resolution.
    • Provide support and guidance to projects working on new developments of production systems; run and monitor test environments in support of new releases.

          A leading consultancy are looking for a Service Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. This role includes initial time on site into Gosport.

          You will be involved in running the day-to-day BAU and Change Advisory Board meetings. As well as this you will look at submission coming into the team as well as triage and follow up / chase. Procurement and Software licensing tasks included.

          The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, Change and Administration with excellent Microsoft Office skills.

          • Reporting to the Account Lead Configuration Manager, responsible for maintaining Information and configuration items required to deliver the IT Service, including their relationships.
          • Manage the application configuration across multiple environments to support the project testing cycles and release.
