We’re delighted that Wesleyan have kindly agreed to host this next roundtable, continuing our shared commitment to fostering more inclusive, people‑centred workplaces.

Following feedback from our last session, our discussion will focus on two highly relevant and practical topics that HR Leaders are facing

Neurodiversity in the Workplace. A discussion on:

  • Effective approaches for recruiting neurodiverse individuals
  • Practical strategies organisations use to support neurodiverse colleagues once in role
  • Creating environments where diverse thinking styles are understood, supported, and valued

Culture: What Really Drives Positive Change. We’ll explore:

  • The biggest drivers, large or small, that shape a positive organisational culture
  • What has genuinely worked for leaders navigating culture in times of transformation
  • Sharing real examples, lessons learned, and actionable insights from peers

This roundtable is designed to be informal and interactive, giving senior HR and People leaders the space to share experiences, compare approaches, and gain practical ideas to take back into their organisations.
