A career banker who retired from Lloyds in 2018 having joined in 2010 from RBS/NatWest. During the last 28 years in banking he was focussed entirely on major change programmes in both Banks. Latterly as Director of Group Change Management at Lloyds he was responsible for the Group's full change portfolio.
