Our Partnerships

Our History

  • Array

    We were founded in 1980s by Keith Dawe

    Sanderson was founded in 1982 by Keith Dawe, opening our Permanent recruitment business and later expanding into Contract recruitment.

  • Array

    In the 1990s we offered Outsourced Solutions

    We grew our business to offer Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Programmes (MSP).

    We continued to grow our services further

    Our specialist Government & Defence business was formed, and we started to deliver Executive Search services and enhance our Project Consulting Services.

    We expanded our regional offices in 2012

    With offices opening in London, Edinburgh, Manchester, Cardiff, Dublin and Glasgow.

    And in 2019 we went global

    Sanderson goes global and opens offices in international business hubs Hong Kong, Singapore, India and Australia.
