Customer Success Manager

I am currently looking for a Customer Success Manager to join a software company and be based in central London. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong relationship management skills and good knowledge of Digital Marketing or Customer Experience, to join a growing business with an excellent working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Have ownerships of client relationships post-sale of products; supporting the client through the product implementation phase and subsequent optimisation of the products usage
  • Coordinate technical, data and project resources, to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of projects
  • Meet with clients to understand their business objectives and the most appropriate solutions to deliver best results
  • Use your Digital Marketing and Customer Experience knowledge to provide each client with expertise in the bespoke optimisation of the product
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients and act as their first point of contact regarding product queries

Essential skills:

  • A background in Digital Marketing or Customer Experience
  • Excellent relationship management skills, preferably working with clients
  • A background in a consultancy or tech business would be highly beneficial but not essential
  • Email campaign/CRM experience (Marketo, Salesforce CRM, Adobe, Eloqua)
  • Ability to support colleagues’ understanding of new marketing software and tools
  • A strong technical skillset, or interest in technology topics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good affinity to data and numbers would be beneficial
  • Comfortable with working in an autonomous manner
  • German Or Dutch speaking ability, would be greatly beneficial but is not at all essential
