Payroll Assistant

We are currently looking to hire a payroll assistant to work for a property Management business operating across Europe. As the payroll Assistant, we will be looking for you to provide the following Assistance:

  • Circulate monthly payroll dates to local people, local finance and People Advisory.
  • Update monthly MI Severance & supplementary run file.
  • Support internal and external audit where applicable.
  • Reconcile all payrolls including; Gross to Net, Monthly variance, Payment reconciliation summary, Headcount reconciliation and third party payment reconciliation.
  • Stakeholder Management with local teams
  • Project work as and when required

Payroll Assistant Experience / Skill set

  • Experience of dealing with large payroll numbers (over 300 FTE’s and temp staff)
  • Experience of working not just within the UK but wider European Countries.
  • Experience of work with senior stakeholders in a high tempo environment.
  • Excellent communication (European Languages are a desirable).
