Our client require an experienced SC Cleared Service Design Delivery Manager to write and own the Service Strategy for a new IT programme. The off payroll legislation does not apply. Responsible for the delivery of the Service Design. This includes: Catalogue management, Availability management, Service Level Management, Capacity Management, IT Service Continuity management, Information Security management, Supplier management, Lead on all Application into Service (AiS) processes, Business Transformation experience within complex environments,. A proven track record of successfully implementing and designing support models within complex environments, Proven experience working as a lead Service Manager/designer on a Transformation programme, Understand and put in place Business as Usual activities required to support the programme with the business change teams, policy teams and assurance teams. Identify owners and ensure these are mobilised. Essential skills/experience: Extensive experience of working in Service Management, working in Government and / or Police administration dept, ITIL Service Transition and Service Design, experience of leading the Service Design and Transition on large programmes and experience of setting up the transition governance required to assure the delivery and output from the Programme. Applicants must hold SC Clearance or NPPV3 or be able to achieve the required level
SC Clearance or equivalent will be utilised as part of the role.
