Project Manager – Property / Facilities Management

Southwest Based

£400-£459 per day

The Role:

Project Manager required to help and support with a range of relocation strategies. The successful candidate will be required to proactively manage a portfolio of projects delivering change across the group, coordinating all of the planning and implementation activities.

To apply for this role, you must have the following experience and understanding:

  • Facilities management experience.
  • Delivering organisation relocation/refurbishment strategies.
  • Project planning to ensure that change is delivered on time.
  • Management of BA’s and setting tasks.
  • Strong Stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience of working in a FS background is beneficial.
  • Hands on and highly organised.
  • Strong communication skills.

Some travel is required for this role.
