CRM Manager

Marketing | City of London | Contract | £ 400 - £ 450  | DGCRMM

I am currently looking for a CRM Manager to join a financial services company and be based in London. The right candidate will be responsible for identifying and delivering multi-channel campaigns. This role will give the opportunity to become part of an agile Digital Marketing team and have a significant impact on the marketing campaigns of the business.


  • Lead CRM strategy and activity
  • Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Manage marketing databases and customer selections for campaigns
  • Liaise with wider digital marketing team to oversee construction and delivery of campaigns
  • Analyse performance of campaigns to maximise effectiveness
  • Look for new and innovative ways to maximise CRM activity

Essential skills:

  • Strong CRM background
  • Experience of using Adobe Campaign and other Adobe systems
  • Strong commercial mind-set and understanding of how CRM activity impacts this
  • Excellent background of developing and managing multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong experience of managing customer databases
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Experience of working within an agile environment is desirable
