Sanderson recruitment are delighted to present this vacancy for a confident Business Analyst with strong agile implementation experience, and working knowledge of team development processes. Exposure to UAT (user acceptance testing) and a Case Management System / ERP is ideally what my client is looking for.

You will be the first Business Analyst hired by this company, and will hold a lone position of high responsibility within the legal organisation, entailing challenging stakeholder demands.

  • Hands on and able to undertake a variety of roles/tasks required in order to drive a project forward
  • Team player able to work in cross functional delivery teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A focus on outcomes and benefits, rather than tasks and measures

Essential experience

  • Three years or more of demonstrated ability as a Business Analyst
  • Strong and demonstrable understanding of project delivery frameworks
  • Playing an integral part in the delivery of software projects from inception to post go live
  • Delivery of complex projects working in cross functional teams
  • Working with teams that use Agile project delivery methods

Desirable, not essential, experience for the role is:

  • Experience in the legal sector
  • Experience with Document Management systems
  • Experience with Case Management Systems
  • Recognised BA qualifications
