We’re so excited to announce that we are headline Change event sponsors for LightStart for 2019! LightStart is an analysis-led digital design house based in Leeds, known for their engaging events that bring together local digital and business professionals to discuss current issues in their sectors’ spheres.
Dan Akers, co-founder of LightStart, said:
“We’re thrilled to welcome Sanderson as our headline sponsor for the upcoming Change events! Sanderson is a fantastic company with an exceptional reputation. Having partnered on events previously, it’s great to have them on board for the New Year.”
We initially sponsored their latter two Remodelling Business events of 2018, which included an interactive presentation by guest speakers Paul Pilling and Jagdeep Mishra on the topic of ‘Transformation’. The first Remodelling Business event in 2019 will focus on ‘Sustainability’ and will take place on the 24th January.
We will also sponsoring their ‘… Differently’ events which delve into how entrepreneurs challenge business norms and establish their businesses in a non-traditional way. The first one of 2019 is ‘Failing Differently’, in which entrepreneurs will be interviewed about how they’ve experienced failure along the way in founding their ventures.
Commenting on the sponsorship announcement, Alistair Collier, Sanderson’s Regional Director of the North, has said:
“After a hugely successful 1st year of trading [in Leeds, our second Northern office], we were keen to deepen our relationship with the team at LightStart. The events are collaborative, enjoyable and a great platform to make new connections. Sanderson are keen to continue to learn about the Leeds Business Change community, so that we can better engage with our expanding customer base. Remodelling Business is a brilliant platform for change professionals to discuss topics, improve their networks and hopefully gain valuable insight to use in a work environment.”
