Sanderson London celebrate their expansion with a brand new office!

In light of the growth of the team, our London branch have moved into a new space on Leadenhall Street!
The move marks a time of expansion for the team who specialise in IT, professional services and business change recruitment.
Despite uncertainty in the UK economy and skills shortages in certain sectors, our London branch have increased their turnover by 165% from £11m in 2016/17 to £29.24m as of June 2019. This new office is an exciting step in the growth of the national Sanderson brand, and certainly a reflection of our growing presence in London.
Over the years, the office has garnered clients from various sectors including established and challenger banks, FinTech firms, software houses, retail, regulatory bodies and sports and leisure companies whilst being involved with some of the UK’s largest Change and Transformation projects.
Managing Director Jon Ball said;

The growth that our London branch has experienced has been very impressive and is testament to the hard work and dedication of the team. London is at the heart of our strategic focus and we’re looking forward to what the future has to bring.”
The divisions in London are well-established and use in-depth market knowledge to provide clients with candidates that match their requirements:
The London-focussed Business Change team were created in 2014 with two consultants, and as of June 2019, have five consultants with a book of nearly 500 live contractors, specialising in areas such as Programme Management, Business Analysis, PMO and senior appointments.
Our Professional Services division have had their own successes; encompassing 6 practices (Finance, Actuarial, Risk & Compliance, HR & Resourcing, Marketing & Comms and Procurement), they use their consultative and partnership-based approach to provide expert recruitment solutions to their clients.
The Technology team is comprised of SME recruiters who specialise in six key technology areas; Development (Agile), Architecture, Testing & Dev Ops, Technical & Support, Data Services and Infrastructure & Service Management. The team work in partnership with a wide range of Blue Chip, SME, FinTech, start-up and scale-up clients.
