Last night, our parent company RSG sponsored the Prince's Trust 'Young Ambassador of the Year' award for the fifth time. The awards night took place at the Bristol Grammar School, and celebrated the achievements of six regional young people who have changed their lives through education, skills development, employment, enterprise and community whilst participating in the Prince's Trust programmes.

The 'Young Ambassador' award, presented by RSG CSR representative Hassan Lenga-Kroma, honours those who personify The Prince’s Trust’s mission statement of ‘Youth Can Do It’ by volunteering and donating their time to the causes and programmes supported by the Trust. RSG were proud to sponsor the award and applaud its winner Katy Glendening on the fantastic and well-deserved achievement.

The Prince’s Trust supports the UK’s youth who have been affected by unemployment, school troubles, mental health, homelessness and much more. They have been RSG's chosen charity since June 2017 and since the partnership and RSG have actively supported the Trust by holding employability days, dodgeball tournaments, running the Bristol 10k, and recently undertaking the Prince's Trust Future Steps challenge.

“Last night was such an amazing buzz! I was honoured to present The Young Ambassador Award on behalf of RSG to Katy. A very deserving winning and a true inspiration to not only the young people of this world but to the elder generation. The Prince’s Trust is truly an amazing organisation and so proud to have been a part of it!”

- Hassan Lenga-Kroma

“Once again myself and the rest of the RSG team have been deeply moved and motivated by the achievements of the Princes Trust Young Ambassadors. Commitment and dedication are key attributes for the Ambassadors and we applaud the successes that these commitments have brought to the Trust; keep up the great work!”
