The Manchester Change Forum is being prepared for 2019

The Manchester Change Forum is a platform for Business Change & Transformation professionals to network, share ideas and gain knowledge. Following a number of events in 2018, it is set to reappear with a full calendar of events for 2019. The MCF is a collaboration between Paul Clavering of Just Enough Change and Alistair Collier of Sanderson Recruitment.

The events held during the forum take the form of discussion surrounding a current topic within the business change sphere; on Thursday 22nd November, Alistair and Paul hosted a ‘Prep Event’ where local business change professionals came together to discuss potential topics.

The event was held at the Bridge Tavern in Manchester and over the course of the evening, many potential forum topics were brought to the table as well as discussing what attendees hope to gain from the event.

Alistair Collier, the Regional Director for Sanderson North, led the event and was greatly impressed by the flowing conversation:

“Thursday night really reinforced why we run the Manchester Change Forum. It seems as though so much networking happens without purpose and listening to the attendees, we are confident that the forum can offer support, guidance and knowledge to the whole of Manchester’s Change and Transformation community. It genuinely was the most engaging and collaborative session I’ve ever been a part of.”

Previous Manchester Changes Forums have focussed on themes such as Diversity and Culture Change, managing the challenges of GDPR and more.
