Training & Development Officer – Public Sector

£200 p/d – Umbrella company

I have multiple fantastic opportunities to join our highly governed public sector client as a Training & Development Officer responsible for the delivery of a training programme covering Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion to all colleagues across the organisation.

For this role you should have:

• Learning and Development background
• Significant experience of delivering training across Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
• Passion for behavioural change
• An adaptable leader and skilled negotiator, able to adjust their training style to different situations and individuals, accommodating varying attitudes towards change.

This will be a mix of in-person training across Scotland and virtual session.

Must be able to pass SC Level security clearance vetting
