Service Desk Engineer
Bristol / Hybrid
Up to £33,000 salary
We have 4 exciting opportunities to join a fast-growing organisation based in Bristol and be part of a vibrant, highly skilled team at the cutting edge of technology. In this role, you’ll help support a wide range of end users consistently maximise the value of their IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support, with occasional on-site visits to clients.
- Assist clients via phone, email, and ticket management systems.
- Document solutions and update the internal knowledge base.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
- Experience in supporting:
- Microsoft Server Operating Systems
- Microsoft Active Directory
- VMware
- Microsoft Office 365
- Veeam Backup & Replication
- Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems
- Prior experience working in a large organisation with a high amount of end users
- Proficiency in configuring and supporting network devices, including firewalls and switches.
- Solid understanding of ITIL framework principles.

- Veeam Cloud Connect

- Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop
- Fortinet Firewalls
- HPE Server Hardware & Switches
