SEO Analyst – German or French Speaking

£600 – £675 via Umbrella

12 Month Contract, beginning late February / early March

London (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days a week in the office)

Our client are looking to hire an interim SEO analyst with fluent English as well as very strong German and/or French to play a key role in their EMEA team (can be assigned to either Country).

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the approach organic growth initiatives, ensuring it reflects the same level of quality as their marketing and products.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and analyse SEO performance to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Research search trends and user behaviour.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and interpret search data to generate insights.
  • Prepare weekly and quarterly SEO performance reports.
  • Perform keyword research to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Maintain SEO tracking systems and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SEO initiatives.
  • Conduct technical audits and post-launch performance checks.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proficiency in German and/or French
  • Strong experience in SEO for a global brand or international digital agency.
  • Proven expertise in SEO analysis and strategy development.
  • Ability to work in a complex environment, managing a variety of senior stakeholders, ideally across countries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, seoClarity, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog would be highly advantageous.
  • Experience in the technology and/or e-commerce industry would be highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools like Tableau.
  • Basic understanding of Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis – nice to have
