Are you an experienced Defined Benefit (DB) pensions professional looking to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Pensions Administrator / Analyst to join a leading pensions team in Bristol.

About the Role

As a Senior Pensions Administrator / Analyst, you will:

• Manage complex DB pension scheme administration tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
• Liaise with trustees, scheme members, and third-party providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle benefit calculations, scheme events (retirements, transfers, deaths), and data audits.
• Contribute to process improvements and compliance with regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in DB pensions administration (ideally in a senior or technical role).
• Excellent knowledge of UK pensions legislation and scheme governance.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in pensions administration systems and MS Excel.
