Duration: 12 month project
Scope: We are on the lookout for a UI Developer with a keen eye for design and outstanding technical skills in HTML, JavaScript, .NET frameworks, and integration with CMSs, APIs, and microservices. This role is critical in driving our marketing evolution project roadmap forward, focusing on developing user-friendly, accessible, and SEO-optimized web interfaces. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging user experiences and committed to web standards that ensure accessibility for all users.
Deliverables:
- Develop and maintain responsive, visually appealing web applications, emphasizing user experience and accessibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure web designs meet usability and accessibility standards.
- Implement SEO best practices in web development, including semantic HTML, optimized metadata, and schema markup.
- Integrate content from CMSs and ensure that the website’s architecture supports SEO strategies.
- Work with APIs and microservices to enhance website functionality and user engagement.
- Ensure website compatibility across various browsers and devices, focusing on speed and efficiency.
- Adopt and advocate for web development best practices, focusing on performance, security, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot UI issues and provide solutions to enhance site performance and user experience.
Core Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with .NET frameworks.
- Solid understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience in creating accessible web content.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and experience in implementing SEO strategies in web development.
- Experience with CMS integration and managing content-driven websites.
- Familiarity with API integration and microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills (Plus):
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
