Position Overview: As a SAP HCM Consultant – Payroll, you will be responsible for delivering precise and timely payroll services while supporting SAP configuration and troubleshooting across various European countries. You’ll work closely with internal teams, play a key role in cross-functional projects, and ensure data accuracy for payroll and time management processes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Configure and execute payroll processes using SAP HCM, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Provide technical problem-solving for payroll issues like taxes, social security, and overtime.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support SAP Payroll for specific accounts.
  • Participate in SAP HR projects, contributing to the development and maintenance of payroll systems.
  • Ensure the integrity of time and attendance data, resolving any payroll discrepancies.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong SAP HCM Payroll experience, with Belgian or other European payroll expertise preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP HR modules (PA/OM) and familiarity with ABAP is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, with a preference for candidates who also speak Dutch, French, or Flemish.
  • Solid communication skills, able to explain technical issues clearly to clients and teams.
  • Independent and comfortable working remotely within Europe.
