£60,000-£70,000 base (d.o.e) + company benefits (pension, healthcare) + 25 days holiday

As we look to grow out our team we are seeking an experienced Project Manager, who thrives on delivering impactful projects within the HR domain, and whose experience will help raise our change maturity levels.
Role Summary:
As a member of our centralised change team your work will focus on the delivery of our HR programme of changes working alongside the Chief People Officer to deliver their strategy.
As our Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR systems landscape through the implementation a new HRIS (from planning phase). Other workstreams you will cover will include process optimisation and improvements, as well as working on the delivery of various activities around target operating model.
Key Responsibilities:
Target Operating Models:
- Contribute to the design and implementation of target operating models.
- Align HR processes with strategic business objectives.
- Foster a culture of agility and adaptability.
Project Delivery:
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery of HR-focused initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organisational objectives.
- Manage risks, budgets, and resources effectively.
HR Systems Expertise:
- Leverage your experience in implementing and migrating HR systems via a 3rd party.
- Experienced in end to end implementation cycle from planning phase to hyper-care.
- Ensure seamless integration of systems to enhance HR operations.
Efficiency and Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for efficiency gains within HR processes.
- Implement streamlined workflows and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Proven background as a Project Manager, specifically with experience of target operating model change projects.
- Experience in systems implementations and migrations, ideally within HR systems.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to improve processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
