Project Manager - HR & Engagement Strategy

Our prestigious and market leading client, based throughout the UK, are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager who can help shape a new volume staff attraction, engagement and on-boarding model.
The successful candidate will have strong skills and experience in the following:

• Volume recruitment models within the Service sector from conception, feasibility options examination, business case preparation and recommendation.
• Ability to establish and map current recruitment processes across a diverse workforce population
• Work closely with the business through running workshops to explore process improvements and deficiencies.
• Developing future state operational model options
• Developing business cases and presenting to board level.

Largely remote role with expensed travel through the UK as required.

Initial 6 month contract with view to extend
