Programme Manager – General Insurance, Change Transformation, Financial Services
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and established Programme Manager to join a major Insurance company in Norwich.
For this role you must have:
- Significant Programme Management experience within complex transformation environments
- Ability to move at pace, ensure future thinking / planning alignment – ie: what is coming up, and what needs to happen to be ready to address that and think creatively
- Financial Services experience is essential
- Significant stakeholder management experience
- General Insurance experience is highly desirable
- Good leadership and team management experience
