We are working with a leading global consultancy who are looking for interim support in the talent acquisition space to help them gain top talent and also identify firms to work with in partnership on client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sourcing initiatives for the talent acquisition and HR category.
- Manage supplier relationships and contract negotiations globally
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and risk management frameworks
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple regions
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong procurement experience in the HR or TA category.
- Proven background in a fast paced procurement environment at a large matrix organisation.
- Expertise in global sourcing and supplier management
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced setting
