Programme Manager – NEC4 Expert
- Location: London – 1-2 days on site per week
- Rate; Up to £700 (via umbrella)
- Duration; 6 months initial
We’re seeking a senior Project/Programme Manager with strong NEC4 expertise to act as the go-to specialist within a major infrastructure programme within the public sector. This is a strategic role that will be focused on relationship building and programme oversight.
Key Requirements:
- Proven NEC4 experience – ideally NEC-accredited
- Ability to operate at programme level, driving collaboration and strategic outcomes
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Familiarity with Primavera P6 and NEC contract management tools (e.g., CEMAR)
- Background in client-side contract management and compliance
What you’ll do:
- Provide expert guidance on NEC4 contracts
- Support risk management, progress monitoring, and dispute resolution
- Enable a collaborative culture across stakeholders
