Role: MuleSoft Developer
Location: Mostly remote with the possibility of occasional client travel to Hursley or Fareham
Contract Length: 6 months
Rate: £450 -£460 pd inside IR35
Clearance: SC and NPPV3 – Must have
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Build and maintain integration flows using Anypoint Studio.
- Develop and implement custom connectors and modules.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to understand and deliver business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and debug integration issues.
- Deploy APIs to CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, on-prem workers, etc.
- Implement API-led connectivity and enforce best practices in API management.
- Create and manage CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft deployments.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule ESB, API Manager, CloudHub, etc.).
- Proficiency in Java, XML, JSON, SQL, and integration protocols such as REST and SOAP.
- Hands-on experience with RAML specifications, DataWeave scripting, and API contract creation.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- MuleSoft certification (MuleSoft Certified Developer) is a plus.
