• Rate: Up to £850 (inside IR35)
• Duration: 6 months rolling
• Location: City of London (hybrid working – circa 2-3 days per week)

Sanderson are currently supporting a leading financial services organisation to find a Middle Office Business Analyst to lead the delivery of several workstreams on a major transformation programme to outsource the client’s middle office function to a new provider.

The right candidate must have extensive knowledge and experience of OTC Derivatives and Collateral, along with strong Business Analysis and / or project management experience, so it is likely that the right candidate will have come from a Middle Office operations background before moving into Transformation / Project based roles

Responsibilities;

• Responsible for supporting the Pillar lead in the development, maintenance and management of project plans to deliver objectives
• Work closely with business sponsor and SME’s to drive target operating model outcomes and ensure business needs will be met in the end
• Ensure all aspects of migration are planned for and delivered, including operational processes (considering control and risk aspects),
• Apply change, risk and resource management

• Extensive knowledge and experience of OTC Derivatives and Collateral
• Business Analysis experience
• Project management skills and experience
• A proactive, self-starter
• Ability to work with and engage with stakeholders to Director level
