I’m currently recruiting for a Legal Counsel with a background in IT law experience or background of working with an IT company.
Skills / Experience
- Qualified Lawyer in the UK
- IT Law
- 5+ Years experience working as an in-house Solicitor / Legal Counsel within an IT company
- Provide business-oriented legal advice to all levels of management and staff
- Monitor, research and address legal issues within the company / branch
- Draft and review contracts, agreements and corporate documents
- Excellent negotiation skills.
