Title: Learning and Development Trainer

Location: Bristol (Hybrid – very flexible)

Salary: £34,000 (Definite Flexibility for the right person)

We are working in partnership with a legal firm in Bristol to hire a Learning and Development Trainer.

This role would be perfect for someone who holds training experience soft-skills and management design and delivery. Having worked in a legal or law firm or similar professional services (Consultancy, Financial Services etc.) environment is highly desirable.

They can offer a brilliant work culture, progression plans, and very flexible remote working.

As an Learning and Development Trainer your day to day remit includes:

  • Drive the businesses learning culture
  • Own the design and delivery of core skills workshops
  • Own the design and delivery of transition development programmes for new starters
  • Proactively support the wider L&D team with the design and delivery of development pathways
  • Continually review learning approaches
  • Effectively manage the end-to-end engagement processes for learning activity
  • Own all reporting around programme and workshop delivery

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience of training delivery in a range of face to face, online and pre-recorded materials including video call.
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment and able to respond to rapidly changing needs of stakeholders.
  • Proven ability of taking a programme from Learning Needs Analysis through to launch
  • Ability to create engaging supporting material
  • A relevant coaching or learning and development qualifications such as CIPD / PDIP in HRD would be desirable
