Intelligent Resource is working in partnership with a major Client in the UK. We are currently recruiting for IT Data Analyst-ETL, Maximo to be UK based out.

Job Title= IT Data Analyst-ETL, Maximo

Location = Remote/ Scotland

Duration= 6 months initially

Key Responsibilities:

Data Extraction and Transformation:

  • Extract data from various systems, databases, and Excel files.
  • Clean, transform, and organise data to match predefined Maximo data load sheets.
  • Develop and implement data transformation processes to ensure data integrity and quality.

Maximo Data Integration:

  • Prepare data for loading into IBM Maximo, ensuring all data meets the required format and standards.
  • Collaborate with the Maximo Asset Information Systems team to understand data requirements and loading procedures.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and data quality issues.
  • Document the progress of the data transformation processes and maintain comprehensive records.

Collaboration and communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to gather data and ensure data accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address data needs and issues.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take control of the extract and transform scope and liaise with all necessary parties to drive the process forward at pace.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, data management, or a related role.
  • Experience with IBM Maximo is a plus.
  • Proven experience in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, etc.
  • Experience with scripting languages is a plus.

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • The candidate is expected to work at pace on their own initiative to drive the data transformation process from legacy systems to Maximo at pace with minimal oversight.
