Job Title: IT Communications Support Specialist

Our client is looking for an IT specialist to join their dynamic team, to provide on site support, remote assistance, and installation services.

This would suit candidates from an IT support background e.g. 1^st line, 2^nd line, service desk, desktop support and mobile support experience.

Responsibilities:

• Primary point of contact for all IT support requests and queries.
• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components of computer and network systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues efficiently.
• Repair and replace damaged computer and network components.
• Provide support for a range of devices, including computers, smart phones, tablets, printers, and network devices.
• Update the ticketing system ensuring all notes, progress, and required actions are logged.
• Strong customer focus, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
