Intelligent Resource is working in partnership with a major Client in the UK. We are currently recruiting for IT Business Change and Engagement Lead to be UK based out.

Job Title= IT Business Change and Engagement Lead

Location = Remote/ Havant / Reading / Scotland

Duration= 6 Months Initially

IR35 Status: Inside

Essential Skills

  • 5 years + experience leading business change in large technically complex programmes and broader portfolios of work
  • Must be able to review the as is, recommend improvements as well as building a credible strategy and plan for the future of the change initiative.
  • Understands the entire portfolio value release is greater than simply the value stream they work within. Influence phasing of work to realise optimal value release for GTS.
  • Will be able to work as part of wider scrum of scrums team outside the individual value stream to understand the Portfolio’s complex dependencies and risks and understand the full forward schedule of change. They will place the work within their value stream in the bigger context.
  • Proven influencing skills and interpersonal fluency, able to establish and maintain strong relationships and relate confidently to users at all levels.   
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to bring what can be a technical focus to life for the Business.
  • Experience in building and maintaining professional Business Change Visions, Strategies plans and create best in class elevator pitches to articulate Value Stream Outcomes.
  • Understanding of the management structures, politics, and culture of the Organisation 
  • Ability to report progress of the comms plan against the value stream planned progress and clearly understand and articulate the implication of any changes to the value stream manager. Including the management of any reputational impacts.
  • Must be able to work in mixed sourcing environments, professional services, permanent and contract staff to form one team
