Key Details:

• £375 – £475 a day via umbrella depending on experience and location
• London or Southampton (50% in the office and 50% WFH)
• 6 months initially (likely to extend)
• February start
• 4 day week preferred

We’re working in partnership with a well-known financial services firm to hire a Customer Communications copywriter for their health insurance division.

This is a varied role – likely to be extended and working for a household name. In brief, they’re looking for a talented copywriter to work hand-in-hand with them as they revamp the customer comms of their health division.

We are looking for:

• Previous experience in a content writing / copywriting / hands-on marketing communications delivery role in a complex financial services or highly regulated environment.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in regard to customer communications
• A variety of writing experience would be beneficial – customer letters, updates, emails documents etc.
• Ideally experience in a modernisation / revamping project to improve the quality of customer communications
• Experience in Financial Services or Insurance
• Health Insurance would be a big bonus

  4 day week preferred.
