Environment Lead

Rate: £350 per day (Outside IR35)
Location: Watford (3 days a week on-site)
Contract Duration: 6 months

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Environment Lead on a 6-month contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting multiple environments, with a focus on ensuring the smooth delivery of the production environment. This role requires hands-on experience in environment management and configuration, as well as the ability to resolve challenges in the FIC environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and Implement Configuration Management:
  Develop and maintain a robust configuration management system across all environments to ensure consistency, version control, and alignment with production requirements.

• Hands-on Delivery of Production Environment:
  Take full ownership of the production environment, ensuring seamless setup, deployment, and operation. Troubleshoot any issues and ensure stability and performance.

• Support FIC Environment Challenges:
  Provide expert support and solutions to challenges arising within the FIC (Finance, Insurance & Credit) environment. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical problems and enhance system performance.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in managing complex environments, particularly within production.
• Strong hands-on experience in environment configuration management.
• Familiarity with FIC (Finance, Insurance & Credit) systems and related environments is desirable.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
