Are you passionate about driving digital excellence and leading impactful marketing campaigns? Our client are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead their online presence and elevate their digital strategies. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management and Digital Marketing:
- Lead the ongoing development and management of the websites.
- Collaborate with the digital agency to implement new features and fix bugs.
- Ensure all content is current, engaging, and SEO-optimized.
- Conduct regular site reviews and identify areas for improvement.
- Brief the creative agency for new imagery and creative needs.
- Identify and implement CRO testing opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Oversee website management, email marketing, event promotion, and PPC campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer to drive strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to broader digital marketing activities, including marketing emails.
Social Media:
- Develop and manage the businesses social media presence.
- Create and distribute compelling content, including a bi-weekly LinkedIn newsletter.
- Optimise campaigns
- Regularly analyse and report on social media performance.
Team Leadership:
- Line manage a Digital Marketing Executive and support their professional growth.
What We’re Looking for:
- At least 2 years of experience working in Digital Marketing
- Understanding of social media management
- Understanding of website management and content creation
- Ability to work collaboratively with external agencies
- Experience working in a similar environment, ideally a complex FTSE 250 financial services firm, but very open to different industries
