DevOps Engineer

A central government organisation are looking for an SC cleared DevOps engineer to join them for a period of 6+ months.
This is inside IR35 paying circa £450 per day.
Hybrid working is on offer, with on site requirement in Newcastle, twice a week.
- Transform technical requirements into an effective DevOps tool chain to enable product delivery.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to more junior colleagues.
- Ensure that deployment strategies for products are repeatable, scalable, and highly available.
- Have deep technical knowledge, providing support to delivery teams and solving complex problems.
- They are responsible for planning and designing large groups of stories.
- Will ensure CI/DC tools and pipelines are ever-greened and kept up to.
Skills required in the following:
- AWS, Azure, OPH
- Java, JavaScript, Spring, Spring Boot, Terraform, IntelliJ
- Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab, Nexus, Maven, AWS
