Data Engineer- SQL, Python, DBT, Airflow, GCP, Kubernetes
£700-£750 pd via Umbrella
Mostly remote- 1 day a month in Central London
Global Ecommerce business is looking to recruit an experienced Data Engineer to join them at this busy time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Pipeline Development: Design and implement data pipelines using Python and SQL.
- Workflow Orchestration: Utilize Apache Airflow to schedule and manage data workflows.
- Data Transformation: Use DBT to transform raw data into usable and meaningful insights.
- Containerization: Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for scalable and secure data solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data analysts, scientists, and other stakeholders to meet their data needs.
An experienced Data Engineer with the following skills/experience:
- Proficient Python & SQL
- DBT – Data Build Tool
- GCP- Google Cloud Platform (Vertex, BigQuery)
- Airflow
- Kubernetes
