Interim Customer Experience and Proposition Lead – Retail
£500 – £600 a day via umbrella
Southampton (Hybrid), Occasional travel to London
Our client, a well-known retail brand, are looking to hire a Customer Experience and Proposition Lead to join during a transformation to a more customer centric approach. You will advocate for the customer and drive true customer centricity across the organisation.
Responsibilities Include:
- Establish an understanding of customer proposition across the business
- Define and prioritise the key value driving propositions
- Champion the customer to ensure customer needs are central to proposition development
- Define and develop both new and existing customer propositions through identifying customer needs
- Identify and deliver proposition opportunities to improve customer experience through an understanding of the customer, their needs, and their journeys
- Build a strong understanding of the external market to bring new ideas to the table on how to evolve customer experience
- Ensure a clear understanding of the latest developments in the external market to ensure you can bring a market leading perspective to customer experience evolution
- Set the customer journey framework
- Lead the CX change
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a similar role in a retail environment – essential
- Ability to define design and development customer proposition, ideally in a proposition specialist role
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills
