Project Manager
Location – Multiple site locations (2 days a week on site)
Contract Length – 6 Months
Rate – £500 to £550 (Overall assignment rate to umbrella)
Job description –
I have an exciting new requirement for a Project Manager to join a leading Financial Services company. Looking for someone to come in and help look through the their complaints processes.
Responsibilities –
– Looking at the complains processes and road-map
– Establish complaint process .
– Working through the resolution of complaints
– Senior stakeholder engagement
Looking for –
– Experience working within regulated environments
– Previous experience having worked within similar projects around complaints processes
– Good stakeholder management skills
