Sanderson are working in partnership with our market leading wealth management client to actively seek a Business Architect to work on a strategic operating model programme.
- Proven experience in strategic business and operating model design
- Background in financial services, ideally in wealth or insurance (Life and Pensions)
- Curious and unafraid to ask basic questions
- Strong strategic thinker with analytical skills
- Can dive into details when needed and simplify complex information
- Commercially savvy, able to explain the financial impact of decisions
- Skilled in managing stakeholders and confident in influencing senior executives
