Business Analyst – London Markets – Cultural Change
I’m currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join a global programme sitting across multiple workstreams. This will include Cultural Change and Standardisation of ways of working structure across the regions and how different regions write multi-territory business.
*This is for a London Markets client of ours however they would consider someone with an extensive GI background (10 years+) who understands the full E2E insurance process. Could be an excellent opportunity for someone to break into the London Markets space.
£625 – £700 Inside via Umbrella
6 Months initially with extensions to follow
Hybrid, 2 days per week in London.
Skills / Experience
- Looking for a BA that is an all-rounder that is comfortable working in a fast-moving / fluid environment.
- Strong previous business change focused experience.
- Exceptional Stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills (critical)
- Excellent core skillset – Process mapping, requirements gathering, analysis, recommendations.
- Someone that is flexible and pragmatic.
- Agile experience – doesn’t need to be an Agile guru but needs to understand the methodology.
