3 months initially

Customer Services & contact centre implementation.

I am recruiting for a Contact Centre Business Analyst who has experience of working of Contact Centre implementations and are available for an immediate start.

A 3rd party have come in and done a customer service review and they are now looking to operating model and org changes to be implemented

Any experience in

  • Contact centre customer implementation
  • People implementation
  • Business case, To be, planning
