Role Description:
Experienced and competent Amelia SME required to help in the design and implementation/integration of Amelia with the Remedy system. SME also required to create build and integration guides. Security clearance is mandatory.
Must be able to manage his/her own work load/work on his/her own initiative/work unsupervised and independently when required/brings solutions/produces high quality documentation/be organised/pro-active.
