The ideal candidate will have experience in an office/call centre environment handling customer queries over telephone and enjoy a small office environment. They will enjoy a role that various day to day with new and exciting challenges along the way.

As a Customer Specialist you will be responsible for:

• Provide advice to customers on the most suitable level of insurance cover to meet their needs.
• Provide support and information necessary for customers to make an informed decision.
• Assist with answering any customer questions/queries.
• Updating customer information and records.
• Highlight appropriate additional products that meet the customer's needs.
• Develop strong relationships with Insurers.
