Training Coordinator

Location: South Cerney, you will need to be in the office 5 days a week due to the nature of the role

Hours: 30 hours a week (between 8:30am and 3:30pm)

Salary: £20,000

The organisation is looking for a self-starter individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment and is keen to develop their skill set. In this role you will be ensuring that all training bookings are properly administered, communicating with staff and customers to organise training events and keeping records of training activity for the Academy. You will also be responsible for communicating with vendors and purchasing goods and services to support training delivery.

Key responsibilities as a Training Coordinator include:

  • Maintaining the Academy Learning and Management system
  • Communicating with staff and customers to understand training needs
  • Coordinating training bookings between customers and Academy trainers
  • Offering administrative support to the Technical Training Manager
  • Purchasing goods and services to support training activities through SAP

Skills and experience needed for this Training Coordinator role:

  • Proven experience in administration and managing complex information
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience with SAP (desirable)
