Customer Journey Analyst / Digital Journey Analyst /Digital Journey Manager

The role:

We are looking for an experienced, self-directed and highly motivated Customer Journey Optimization Manager to take ownership of how our customers engage with our brand via digital experiences across mobile, desktop and in-store devices.

This role requires a strong understanding of both user experience, A/B testing and analytics methodologies as well as eCommerce technology and best practices.

You will be the go-to person for the e-Commerce team on all consumer journey related topics and will heavily influence the user-experience.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • 4+ full strategic performance cycles of experience working in an eCommerce environment as a User Experience Specialist or similar position, responsible for defining the customer journey and test roadmaps.
  • This would be ideal for a candidate ready for the manager level, transition from execution to looking forward.
  • Experience within a transactional site is essential, Fashion (Luxury) preferred.
  • Analytically savvy, know your way around Adobe and/or Google Analytics
  • Experience of working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and a Personalization and A/B Test platform is a must
  • The ability to analyze data and create a working theory from data sets to challenge the way we do things and find better solutions
  • Strong grasp of current web technologies, digital innovations and best practices

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Journey Optimization and Testing
  • Strongly influence the client -E-Commerce consumer journey from a user experience point of view.
  • Be the voice of the customer both internally and externally, across all relevant projects, recommending best approaches for implementation.
  • Devise and own the testing and UX intake process to manage stakeholders
  • Partner with Senior Manager and EU UX Designer on the vision and devise the UX and Testing Roadmaps.
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations to entire leadership team
  • Review and interpret user behavior to identify areas of optimization.
  • Work cross functionally - both internally and externally - to enhance the consumer journey.
  • Provide consultancy on strategies to reduce customer friction and improve funnel performance.
  • Own the relationship with relevant third-party partners.
