This is an excellent opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to join a major Financial Services Provider.
The role involves 2nd and 3rd line support for business applications and the SQL server, dealing with incidents and service requests and providing business cover.
To be successful in this position, you will have experience supporting business systems (preferably financial systems, however this is not a must) and will have an understanding of SQL.
- Determine appropriate action when dealing with Incidents and Service Requests
- Build good working relationships with external suppliers and to attend service reviews
- Support of critical incidents
- Manage own workload
