Project Manager - Contact Centre Transformation (Process & Operational Improvement) - OUTSIDE IR35

Our well known client are in need of an interim Project Manager with experience of delivering operational and process improvements within a contact centre environment.

Up to £550 per day - OUTSIDE IR35

6 month initial contract (but with scope for a long-term assignment)

Hybrid working between working remotely, and circa 2 days per week onsite in the client's West Midlands head office

This Project Manager will be responsible for delivering a series of operational improvement, ways of working and process change projects within the client's contact centre function to support a period of growth and the launch of new products for the client. This PM will review and improve a series of processes and ways of working, delivering a series of operational improvements including chat bots to deliver an improved contact centre performance to better serve their customers.

Please note: This role is not a technical focused role, and the project does not include any focus on telephony or IT infrastructure

Experience required:

  • Extensive and broad Project Management experience
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering ways of working / process change or operational improvement projects within a contact centre environment
  • Strong understanding of contact centre operations
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the business
  • Exceptional Stakeholder engagement skills
