Desktop Support Engineer, 2nd Line support
All Engagements must be made via an umbrella company.
Contract will run to the end of the year initially.
Our client, an industry leading and well known organisation in Bristol, is looking for a desktop support analyst to provide 2nd line, face to face and remote support on their site in Bristol.
Responsibilities will include both hardware and software support and general troubleshooting of Microsoft related technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10
- Dell laptops (Desirable)
- Previous role within IT Support
- Desktop Support / Office moves experience
- Excellent customer service is a must
