Senior Organisational Development, Learning and Talent Manger
Reporting to the Associate HR Director, the role of OD, Learning and Talent Manager is responsible for a wide portfolio including organisational development, L&D, diversity & inclusion and recruitment.
The successful candidate will work in a collaborative way to lead a strong and well-established team in delivering strategies and activities which bring real organisational success. You will be confident in communicating with a wide range of audiences including verbal and written presentations to our executive team and Board.
- You will have the following experience
- HR practical knowledge gained through experience of managing change
- A good understanding of employment law in relevant to managing change
- A skilled negotiator and influencer
This role will cover the areas of Strategy, Recruitment and Talent Management,
Organisational Development, Workforce Design & Transformation, Leadership Development & Learning, Performance Management
Implement performance management, Staff engagement, Health and wellbeing and pay and reward.
